The bacterial pre oxidation treatment method can use three strains of bacteria, including Thiobacillus ferrooxidans, Thiobacillus ferrooxidans, and Leptospira ferrooxidans, to combine two and three strains for ore leaching. Generally, after biological oxidation pretreatment, the gold leaching rate is high, and after bacterial oxidation pretreatment, the arsenic removal rate of gold is high and the weight loss rate is good. process flow
1.Ore preparation:Crush and grind the gold ore into powder to increase its contact area with bacteria.
2.Biological oxidation:Mix ore powder with a culture medium containing the aforementioned bacteria and place it in a bioreactor for biological oxidation. During this process, bacteria oxidize sulfides and arsenides, while dissolving gold from the ore.
3.Leaching: After biological oxidation pretreatment, the slurry is leached to dissolve gold and other valuable metal ions into the solution.
4.Solid separation:Separate the leached solid from the solution and further treat it to extract gold.
